Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. To respect the time and energy of our practitioners, please take a moment to read our cancellation and refund terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

• If more than 24 hours’ notice is given, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking within the next 30 days.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may be subject to a charge for the full session.

• To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
