Come in comfortable clothing. For massage, you will undress to your comfort level and be draped with care and respect. For ceremonies or healing sessions, feel free to bring a sacred item, journal, or anything that helps you feel grounded.
Each session is guided by your unique needs. Whether you are receiving a therapeutic massage, a shamanic healing, or soul work, we begin with a short check-in to set intentions. You will be fully supported, with clear boundaries and consent at the core of all we offer.
Following a healing session or ceremony, we encourage you to rest, hydrate, and give yourself space for integration. Gentle movement, journaling, or time in nature can be supportive. We’re happy to offer follow-up suggestions specific to your experience.
