Yin Yoga

Long-held Stretches

Connecting deeply to your inner temple, this slow, earth-rooted practice invites you to soften, surrender, and listen to the wisdom of your body. Guided by the yin rhythm of the feminine, stretches are held for 3-5 minutes to target the fascia (connective tissue) each floor-based movement supports the release of held tension, soothes the nervous system, and nurtures flexibility and flow. Gentle, intuitive, and suitable for all ages and abilities.

Hatha Yoga

Tailored For You

Each class is lovingly crafted as a sacred space to awaken and deepen your connection to the divine feminine—both within yourself and in the world. Hatha yoga is the dance of sun and moon, strength and softness. Through intentional movement, breath, and stillness, we honour the Goddess, the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the body. 

These can be softer or stronger classes.

Somatic Movement

Slow & Mindful

Gently unraveling the layers of tension held by trauma, habitual movement, and the stillness of modern life, this practice invites you inward—into the sanctuary of your own body. Guided by presence and compassion, you’ll soften into deep embodiment, reconnecting with your center, quietening your thoughts.

A soothing practice for all ages and abilities.

Asana and Relaxation

Precision and Progress

A personalised session is the perfect way to focus on the most effective postures for your individual goals and needs. Whether gentle or more demanding, your session will be structured according to ability and the areas you wish to work on, for example: back, hips or shoulders, strengthening and stretching, balance and flexibility, stress release and opening. All levels welcome, including beginners. Supports and props are used where appropriate to help you access the full benefits of the asana. Your session will finish with guided relaxation.
