By booking a session, attending an event, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all.

1. Appointments & Bookings​

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

• Please arrive early for your appointment to fill in a consultation form and settle in to the space. You're welcome to arrive anytime, but at least 5 minutes before the start time.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the next client.

2. Payment

• A deposit is required at the time of booking or as soon as possible, before the booking.

• The rest of the payment is due at the time of booking or on the day of your treatment to your therapist.

• Accepted payment methods include cash or card or bank transfer.

3. Client Responsibility

• Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or mental health concerns.

• Healing sessions are suitable for clients aged 18 and over, unless accompanied by an adult or with prior consent.

• We expect all clients to behave respectfully toward staff, therapists, and other guests.

4. Practitioner Responsibility

• All practitioners are qualified in their respective modalities.

• All sessions are held in the strictest confidence unless required by law.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or behaving inappropriately.

5. Healing Disclaimer

• Our services are complementary and spiritual in nature.

• They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

• Always consult a healthcare provider for medical conditions.

6. Use of Facilities

• You are welcome to use shared spaces (e.g. meditation rooms, the garden) respectfully.

• Please refrain from loud conversations, mobile phones, or any disruptive behavior while on the premises.

7. Privacy Policy

• Personal information is collected solely for providing services and will not be shared without consent.

• We store your details securely in accordance with data protection regulations.

8. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
